About Sarah

As an experienced elementary teacher with a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and three years of classroom experience, I am passionate about helping students succeed. I provide patient, personalized support for students in Kindergarten through 8th grade and create a welcoming environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, learning from mistakes, and building confidence. My goal is to make learning approachable while helping each student reach their full potential.

About the lesson

My tutoring approach is supportive, engaging, and focused on helping students truly understand what they are learning. With a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and three years of classroom experience, I work with students in Kindergarten through 8th grade in subjects such as reading, writing, language arts, math, homework help, and study skills.

I tailor each lesson to the student’s individual needs and learning style. Lessons typically include a quick review, direct instruction, guided practice, and independent practice. I use clear explanations, examples, and encouragement to help students build both their skills and confidence.

My classroom experience and my ability to be patient, encouraging, and flexible helps me create a positive learning environment. I want students to feel comfortable asking questions and leave each lesson feeling more confident in their abilities.
