About Jocelin
I am a licensed kindergarten teacher in Washington DC. I studied language in college with a degree in Speech pathology and a minor in Spanish. I am currently finishing my Master’s degree in education.
I have spent 4 years living in Latin countries and a total of 13 years studying the Spanish language to become fluent at a near native level.
The Spanish language is fascinating, and I am looking to share my love and knowledge.

I tailor my lessons to the needs of my student and curate activities that work for their learning style. I am patient and kind and use gentle correction techniques to encourage learning . My lessons focus on practical applications of language and I aim for my students to use as much Spanish as possible during the lesson. The more you speak Spanish, the more you learn!
