About Tony
I hold a license in acupuncture through the board of Registration in Medicine in Massachusetts. I am currently in clinical practice in the Boston area. I am a certified yoga teacher through the Yoga Liberation Front lead by David Vendetti. I have completed my 200 and 300 hour certifications.
My goal is to bring student centered lessons on the body, breath, and mind.

The core of my teaching practice is to get students in touch with their breath and awareness.
The Yoga classes I can lead you through are always theme driven, whether the topic is personal freedom, working with anger, or engaging with the classical texts of yoga and Chinese medicine.
I offer Vinyasa flow, Pranayama techniques (breath work), mantra chanting, and seated meditation.
