About Lauren

Before coaching I was a gymnast and started at the age of 5. At 14 I started coaching where I did both recreational and squad. Then did a business and coaching degree for 3 years, where I learnt new ways to teach and also many different sports

Taught a variety of different sports using methods to suit all. Strength and conditioning is an area that I am very confident in and will be a good base for any sport

About the lesson

I base my class and teaching on an individual approach, I look at what each person will need from myself to achieve their goals.
I like to also base it around a more holistic result meaning what they learn from me can be carried on through different areas of life
