She is a fantastic communicator and listener - developed by her time working in healthcare with patients, and has brilliant subject and curriculum knowledge of the English language as she is a native English speaker. Heather is patient and empathetic and really good at taking the time to explain things thoroughly so that you understand - with great examples.
