About Polly
Hi, I’m Polly. I’ve been in recovery for an eating disorder for nearly 2 years, so I know what it’s like to have a difficult relationship with exercise! It’s not about losing weight, or pushing yourself to the brink of death!,As a society, many of us have lost the true meaning of intuitive exercise and movement. I can help you find the balance between health and intuitive movement. Let’s do this together, in a non judgemental, warm and encouraging space.
