My lessons typically follow a clear framework:

Explanation and discussion of new topics
Guided practice using examples and exam-style questions
Constructive feedback and targeted improvement strategies
A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes, although lesson length can be adapted to suit the student's requirements.
I hold a Master's degree in Politics of Population, Migration and Ecology from Birkbeck, University of London, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Barcelona. Alongside my academic qualifications, I have over 13 years of professional experience working in the House of Commons, including supporting parliamentary and Select Committee work.
I teach students aged 12-18 studying GCSE and A-Level subjects, particularly Politics, History, and essay-based subjects. As a native Spanish and Catalan speaker, I also offer Spanish language tuition for GCSE and A-Level students, as well as learners wishing to improve their conversational skills.
My goal is to create a supportive, engaging and positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, developing their understanding and achieving their academic potential.
