About Thomas
I am a recent graduate of St Hugh's College, Oxford where I achieved a first in my dissertation and a 2.1 overall grade. I have had experience tutoring online with my previous student achieving GCSE level 9 in biology and chemistry which received a five-star review. Having completed my masters in Biochemistry I feel confident teaching GCSE and A-level Biology, Chemistry and Maths as well as degree-level biochemistry.

I will focus on students’ understanding of themes and principles in both biology and chemistry and the importance of repetition and clarity of working in maths as this gives a student the tools to apply this knowledge across the subject.
I aim to periodically set part of a past paper covering the subject area of each lesson which I will mark and will be discussed in the following tutorial. This provides a quick and easy way to judge progress and highlight areas needing improvement.
