About Michael
Hi! My name is Michael. I’m a native Italian speaker, born and raised in Italy. I now live in Melbourne and offer Italian conversation lessons for students of all levels, either in person or online. My passion for languages and teaching started early. During high school, I took part in a school-to-work training program and had the chance to teach Spanish to young children in a primary school. That experience made me realize how natural it felt for me to share what I love and how rewarding it is to help others learn. Le mie lezioni sono pensate per chi vuole davvero iniziare a parlare italiano in modo naturale, senza il peso della grammatica o delle regole troppo accademiche. Il mio metodo è semplice: tanta conversazione, ascolto attivo, correzioni leggere ma costanti, e argomenti che ti interessano davvero. Imparare una lingua deve essere vivo, spontaneo, e anche divertente. Una lezione tipica dura un’ora, ma posso adattarmi in base alle tue esigenze. Iniziamo sempre con una chiacchierata leggera, poi lavoriamo su vocaboli, strutture e pronuncia in modo dinamico, attraverso situazioni reali, giochi linguistici o stimoli visivi. Le mie lezioni sono ideali per studenti di qualsiasi età che vogliono imparare l’italiano per viaggiare, per cultura, per amore o per piacere personale, e per chi ha bisogno di sbloccarsi nella conversazione, a qualsiasi livello. Non serve “sapere già parlare” per iniziare: ti aiuto io, passo dopo passo. Online o dal vivo a Melbourne (zona Carlton North + mi sposto fino a 30 minuti), ti seguo in un percorso su misura per te. My lessons are designed for anyone who truly wants to start speaking Italian in a natural way, without the weight of grammar rules or overly academic methods. My approach is simple: lots of conversation, active listening, gentle but consistent corrections, and topics that genuinely interest you. Learning a language should feel alive, spontaneous, and even fun. A typical lesson lasts one hour, but I’m flexible and happy to adjust based on your needs. We usually start with some light conversation, then move into vocabulary, sentence structure, and pronunciation using real-life situations, language games, or visual prompts. ENG: My lessons are perfect for learners of all ages who want to learn Italian for travel, culture, love, or personal enjoyment, and especially for those who feel blocked when it comes to speaking. You don’t need to “already know how to talk” to begin — I’ll help you, step by step. Available online or in person in Melbourne (I’m based in Carlton North and can travel up to 30 minutes), I’ll guide you through a personalized, enjoyable learning journey.
