I have 20 years lecturing experience which includes one to one tuition and support. I have a BA Honours Degree in History and Politics, an MBA. I also run my own businesses which means that I can offer practical experience when teaching business.

In the first instance I will have a meeting with the student and their parents (or guardians) if appropriate. I will seek to find out as much as I can about their learning styles and also their interests. I will then draw up a plan which will include a variety of learning activities which will take these into account as much as possible. Goals will be set for a period of time which will be reviewed at regular intervals to ensure that the required progress is being made. When the student's goal is success in exams the main focus will be on practicing exam questions. This will be done together in the sessions and also by setting homework tasks for the student to do that with a joint review of it taking place in the subsequent session.
