About Dr Yasir
I wanted to be a lecturer so that I can make a real difference in students' lives. I have always been so grateful to my teachers and the educational system in the UK for making me the person that I am today. I only hope that I can make that same kind of positive impact on the minds and hearts of my future students. I want to not only tell, but show my students that with commitment and hard work, they are capable of anything and can be anything that they want to be.

I hold BSc, MSc and PhD degrees in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. My teaching experience in the UK includes different subjects within Electrical and Electronics Engineering as well as Wireless Communications, Telecommunications, Math, Matlab, C++…etc. My lectures can cover undergraduate and postgraduate Engineering levels as well as helping in the final year projects, and MSc and PhD projects. I have authored 2 books and more than 10 book chapters and also published more than 135 research papers in international conferences and leading journals in the Electrical and Electronics Engineering field. My lecturers can be given face to face in the Greater Manchester and West Yorkshire areas, and surrounding cities or via professional online teaching tools in English and/or Arabic languages.
