About Devil
I am a passionate and dedicated yoga instructor who enjoys helping people develop a healthier and more balanced lifestyle through yoga. I believe yoga is not only about physical flexibility but also about improving strength, posture, breathing, concentration, and mental relaxation. My teaching style is friendly, patient, and supportive, especially for beginners who may feel nervous about starting yoga. I provide step-by-step guidance and encourage students to progress at their own pace. I aim to create a comfortable learning environment where every student can practice yoga with confidence and consistency.

My yoga classes are designed to be simple, comfortable and suitable for beginners as well as students with different levels of experience. I focus on proper posture, breathing techniques, flexibility, strength, balance and relaxation. Each class begins with a gentle warm-up, followed by yoga asanas and guided breathing exercises, and ends with relaxation or meditation. I use clear, step-by-step instructions and adapt the exercises according to each student's ability and goals. My aim is to help students build a consistent yoga practice while improving both physical fitness and overall well-being. Classes are suitable for school students, college students and adults.
