With over four years of experience, I specialize in guiding individuals through therapeutic yoga, pranayama, and Reiki, offering personalized support for physical, mental, and emotional health. Whether you’re managing specific health conditions or simply seeking a deeper connection to your body and mind, my approach helps you build inner resilience, restore balance, and unlock your innate healing potential.
