About Javier
Hello, I am an 11th-grade student at Nuevo Colegio del Prado, with outstanding academic performance and a passion for teaching. Throughout my academic career, I have developed a solid foundation in various subjects and extensive experience helping my classmates understand difficult topics, prepare for midterms, and overcome academic challenges.
I consider myself a patient, committed, and dedicated individual. I understand that each student has their own learning pace, which is why I adapt my classes so each student can progress safely and effectively. My goal is for students to not only understand the topics but also gain confidence in their abilities and improve their academic performance.
My youth allows me to easily connect with students, creating a comfortable, empathetic, and motivating environment, while always maintaining the seriousness and responsibility that comes with working as a private tutor.

My teaching methodology is practical, personalized, and focused on active learning. I focus on identifying each student's mistakes and difficulties to turn them into learning opportunities, reinforcing the topics until a solid understanding is achieved. Each class is designed to be dynamic, engaging, and tailored to each student's pace, ensuring they feel comfortable, motivated, and confident in their abilities.
For example, in a math class on fractions:
We begin with a brief explanation of the topic.
We then did basic exercises together to identify initial errors.
Subsequently, we work on practical activities where the student applies the concepts in a guided manner.
At the end, we do a quick review and I suggest similar exercises to reinforce the key points.
My main strengths as a teacher are patience, empathy, generational closeness, and experience helping my own classmates overcome academic difficulties. Thanks to this, I manage to create an environment of trust where students feel heard and understood.
My classes are aimed at children and young adults from first to eleventh grade, from any institution, who are looking to strengthen a subject, prepare for midterms, papers, or important exams. I adapt to each student's specific needs, whether it's improving overall performance, delving deeper into a complex topic, or preparing for an assessment.
