About Shaina
Hello! I'm Shaina, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology graduate and a former student-athlete with several years of competitive volleyball experience. Throughout my athletic journey, I developed discipline, teamwork, resilience, and a strong understanding of volleyball fundamentals and game strategies.
I enjoy helping others learn and grow, which is why I offer patient, supportive, and personalized volleyball coaching. My background in psychology also helps me understand different learning styles, allowing me to adapt each lesson to the student's pace, goals, and confidence level.
Whether you are a complete beginner, preparing for school tryouts, or looking to improve your volleyball skills, I am committed to creating a positive learning environment where you can build your technique, confidence, and love for the sport.
