I started taking violin lessons as an adult when my son was in high school. I loved the way my son played so beautifully. But to start so late was hard. Teachers got impatient with me because I didn’t progress as quickly as children and because I found my own method of reading music that worked for me. I had three teacher over the years and then met Christine. She is wonderful. So patient and encouraging. She taught me how to play more than just the notes. I learned vibrato and dynamics and now play beautiful music. I even learned to memorize due to her encouragement. Now I can actually feel the music that I’m playing. If she can do all this with an adult, just think what she can do with the kids. I’m 74 years old. Never, never too late to learn. Thank you so much, Christine, for the music in my life. Sandy Jacobs
