About William
Hello! I am an incoming 1L student at the University of Alberta. I scored a 172 on the LSAT and have been teaching it to others since early 2025. I previously worked for a Big 4 accounting firm in cross-border tax.
Teaching is a passion that I want to pursue prior to and during law school. I have helped many of my students reach their goal score—most of them see improvements of at least 10 points when they learn to apply my methods. My teaching approach focuses on the development of good habits and pattern recognition in my students. I offer a 30-minute complimentary lesson for those who are interested in working with me. Perfect! Extremely helpful! My diagnostic score improved from 150 to 170 in just a month and a half. During practice questions, he clearly identified where my reasoning went off track and helped me focus on what actually matters. His explanations were clear, thorough, and easy to understand.
Perfect! William is really great at seeing where you are getting stuck or caught up on a question, and moving through questions patiently. I would highly recommend his tutoring to people at all stages in their studying for the LSAT.

William was awesome in helping me get started with the LSAT. His common sense approach really makes things click a lot better.
I’ve reached a point in my LSAT journey where I can’t continue to increase my score without a tutor. So far I’ve increased a lot but I’m very positive that with William’s help I’ll reach my goal. During my session, William has been patient and open to restructuring lessons based on my areas in need of improvement. Some tutors simply give you the answers because of their impatience or lacking of teaching but William will have you thinking critically about your selection of answer option. I’ve previously hired tutors that charge a lot of money but have honestly left me rethinking my ability and decision to take the LSAT. William is a great tutor because he knows this test is a learnable exam and with the right guidance will help you reach your goal.
I think William is a great tutor because he is very patient with students and he breaks down LSAT questions in the most generic way. He helps you relate to the questions in a way that fosters your confidence to tackle these questions.
