About Tharim

My first experience teaching Spanish was in the United States in 2003 at an elementary school in Washington State. I used to tutor some parents as well. I have professional experience in different industries and from different roles. I have worked in multicultural settings, which helps me to understand what you need in diversity! I have known other cultures in North, Central and South America. I have more than 12 years of experience in different work environments: operational, analytical and strategic positions, with focus in projects, which allows me to guide Business Spanish sessions. I invite you to learn general Spanish (grammar), conversational Spanish, business Spanish, and Spanish for traveling.
Book a free class and I will advise you on the best methodology for you.

About the lesson

My method is to allow yourself to: • Listen to dialogues, podcasts, music. • Read aloud, gradually increasing your level. • Watch movies, series or comics in Spanish. • Listen to music in Spanish, understand it and sing it.
• Talk to me without fears, while assimilating what has been learned. • Practice all your skills whenever possible. • Explore your interests and goals.

I want to facilitate your process of learning my native language.

Be passionate about learning Spanish!

I met Tharim when she was an exchange Teacher to the Spanish Immerssion School, Puesta del sol, in Bellevue, Washington. She had learned Best Practices in pedagogical instruction at her university in Columbia and honed them in her instruction in the United States. Her tutoring of my 1st grade daughter, gave my daughter the confidence to continue her studies in Spanish through K-12 career, where she graduated with a High School Diploma from the country of Spain and one from the U.S. I would recommend Tharim as a Spanish teacher or tutor for anyone from, elementary through university.
