About Lorraine
I first started teaching singing because people asked me to! Having sung in various bands and ensembles for fun I was often asked to teach others. Eventually I began my own tutoring sessions and also running workshops in schools, communities and youth projects. I became a Vocal tutor associate in 2016 and began using a more rigid structure also resuming my own training to help me address the constraints of my disability.

Fun, fun, fun a bit of bossing about an teasing is my teaching style. I also enjoy playing a bit of bad piano to accompany.
On the serious side my lessons will include knowledge about the human body, music theory, how to gain control overcome obstacles and difficulties and knowing how to optimise your vocal range. Off topics will include identifying various techniques and even learning to mimic for fun!
