About Sunita
I am an Advanced Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor with extensive professional experience in bookkeeping, accounting, QuickBooks cleanups, reconciliations, and preparing books for CPA and tax review.
I have worked with business owners and bookkeepers across a variety of industries, helping them understand QuickBooks Online and develop practical bookkeeping skills they can use with confidence.
My professional background goes beyond teaching software. I have many years of real-world business and accounting experience, which allows me to explain not only how QuickBooks works, but why transactions should be handled a certain way and how they ultimately affect your financial statements.
I understand that QuickBooks can feel overwhelming, particularly when you're dealing with an actual company file and are worried about making mistakes. My teaching style is patient, supportive, and straightforward. There are no embarrassing questions in my sessions—we work at your pace until the process makes sense.
I teach everyone from complete beginners and small-business owners to working bookkeepers who want to strengthen their intermediate or advanced QuickBooks skills.

My approach to teaching QuickBooks Online is practical, personalized, and hands-on. I believe the best way to learn QuickBooks is by actually using it, understanding why transactions are handled a certain way, and learning how the bookkeeping ultimately affects your financial statements.
I customize each lesson based on your experience level and goals. We can work with practice examples or, when appropriate, use your own QuickBooks Online company so you can learn while solving real bookkeeping questions.
A typical lesson begins with identifying what you want to accomplish. I demonstrate the process, explain the accounting and bookkeeping principles behind it, and then guide you as you practice it yourself. We finish by reviewing what you learned and addressing any remaining questions.
I can teach QuickBooks Online setup, bank feeds, transaction categorization, Chart of Accounts, bank and credit card reconciliations, Accounts Payable and Receivable, financial reports, cleanup and catch-up bookkeeping, troubleshooting, and preparing books for CPA/tax review.
What sets me apart is my combination of Advanced QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor certification, extensive real-world bookkeeping experience, and teaching experience. I don't simply show you which buttons to click—I help you understand the reasoning behind the process so you can confidently handle similar situations independently.
My lessons are appropriate for business owners, aspiring and working bookkeepers, accounting students, administrative professionals, and anyone who wants to improve their QuickBooks Online skills. I teach beginner, intermediate, and advanced students and tailor the pace and content to each individual.
