About José Manuel
I am a human willing to share the knowledge I gain during years of practice and assistance to courses and meditation classes in the most varied techniques such as Vipassana, Mindfulness, Zen, transcendental, and others. Meditation, of any kind, is learned mainly by PRACTICING and after experimenting with your body and mind we will discover the theory behind the practice which will lead us to a complete understanding of meditative practice.

I am a South American traveler, I learned a lot while traveling, doing bioconstruction volunteering in Colombia, I learned Andean music in Bolivia and Peru, I learned meditation in various courses in Venezuela and other countries in America.
