About Leonardo

I’m a Senior Technical Director and VFX artist with more than 20 years of experience in the visual effects and animation industry.

Over the years I’ve worked in multiple countries including Italy, France, Belgium, and the UK, collaborating with studios and companies across animation, VFX, procedural workflows, and pipeline development.

My background includes Maya, Houdini, Blender, workflow automation, simulations, procedural systems, and production pipelines.

Unlike many online courses that focus only on buttons and tools, my goal is to help students truly understand how professional 3D workflows work in real production environments.

About the lesson

My teaching approach focuses on simplifying complexity.

3D software can initially feel overwhelming, especially tools like Houdini or Maya. Instead of throwing students into technical details immediately, I break every topic into smaller, understandable building blocks.
