About Ratana
I am a native Cambodian but grew up studying in an American curriculum school in Siem Reap. I completed high school with both Khmer and American curriculums. Currently, I am a scholarship student at a university in Bangladesh. I have experience teaching in English to Cambodian students. I also taught Khmer to foreigners in Siem Reap during the past few months that I am back in Cambodia because of the pandemic.

Perfect! Ratana's teaching style unique. She try to cater to the needs of her students. Specially, she is handling mostly adult students who are employed. As such the needs to understand and Speak Khmer language duffer from each student. Therefore, she make her module to suit the student needs. I am happy that I selected her to learn Khmer language.
Perfect! Ratana is a very friendly, patient, and helpful tutor. Her lessons are easy to follow, and are suited to the student’s own pace. I am genuinely surprised at how much I have learnt in just a few lessons. The lessons are really enjoyable, and I look forward to them every week. I highly recommend Ratana as a tutor.
Perfect! Ratana is an excellent teacher, her teaching style is very relax and flexible. She will work on things you want to improve on and what you are weak on.

Ratana is my cousin and she does speak fluent English and Khmer. She has strong experience in teaching and translating. I highly recommend taking Khmer classes with her!
Ratana is one of my good friends from a university in Bangladesh. She is a very helpful person and would literally answer anything that she knows. I am amazed at her language skills and the fact that she is confident in her teaching at such a young age. You would love her fun personality and enjoy her classes!
Ratana is my cousin and we both got a scholarship to study at an English school until we both graduate high school. Her fluency in English really makes a difference when it comes to teaching Khmer. It is a tool and language to easily communicate and will help students to clarify anything that they don't understand in Khmer. Also, I've seen her hard work in gathering necessary information to develop her own curriculum for her classes.
I met Ratana in university. She speaks fluent English and Khmer. Beyond that she has great teaching skills and try to make things easier for students to understand. She is a very patient person overall and would help you with anything. She is a great choice if you want to learn Khmer.
I'm still in the early stages of learner Khmer with Ratana but I've already started putting some of my learnt words and phrases into everyday use (I've recently relocated to Cambodia). She has a fun but simple learning approach and I look forward to our next lessons.
