I am a professional chef who is keen on teaching and educating people about healthy dishes that will help them attain a healthy lifestyle. I have a degree in Hotel Management (4 years) from Queen Margaret University. I have worked at famous 5-star hotels and have attained a lot of practical knowledge.

My teaching method is of a 9:1 ratio, where the 9/10th portion is practical knowledge and the 1/10th portion is theoretical knowledge. My dishes are based on what the learner expects to excel making with a few of my recommendations on similar dishes.
