Analysis of the nature and skill level of individual to design a custom made technique which is most affective for the student. For example:
Mirror practice - it's important and confidence boosting to an extent of liberation that a student faces himself and loves his own performance.
Role playing - sometimes individuals feel uncomfortable in speaking out when in their own skin so role playing provides an opportunity to explore strengths and weaknesses.
Exclusive performance - A lot of times, talking to a single person is easier than an entire audience. Thus, speeches can be practiced with a single person first and then progress
