Student in Art History at the University of La Sorbonne, I am currently a second-year license. I completed my A-Levels (Literary with Arts Option) in 2013. The next school year (2013/2014), I followed an Artistic Preparation at the "Ateliers de Sevres" in Paris. After that, I chose to complete my visual skills through theoretical skills, which directly led me to continue with a History degree from Art and Archaeology, accompanied by emeritus professors of the Sorbonne.
The teaching that I propose is on two high points:
The first is a redirection of the design of Arts with a capital "A", this part is theoretical, it includes a bit of history of art (my courses are always referenced to the image of my academic work). Redirect the student's conception of the Arts is vital to demystify the skills associated to an "artist's" and how to "draw well". This theoretical course are expected to accompany the practical part.
The second point is to sharpen his visual skills, which begins with the identification of the level and the style of the student. Once this step is passed, let's move on to observational drawing, which enables students to learn to sketch the proportions and shadows, and which later leads to a plastic development, enabling the student to develop his artistic identity by himself.
These courses may also be suitable in the context of projects such test of BA, in which case the course will be rehabilitated and will ensure a strong case.
