About Kira-lee
i do not have qualifications in make up but i have been passionate about it for as long as i can remember, i have spend countless hours doing make up and then removing it and starting again. people tell me all the time that my make up looks flawless or amazing....and a little secret i have is that almost every make up product i use is budget brand, the few expensive brands i do have, have been brought for me. so its beauty on a budget!
