I'm a trade qualified baker, reiki master. Have qualifications in nutrition for phisycal training and spent time working with youth eg material arts training and helping gain self confidence. I've also done alot of personal training in regards to health and fitness

About the lesson

I base my teachings on the person or persons own journey in life. Using my own experience to help them find their own unique way. So each session will be built upon that particular persons own idioligy and dreams and comprehension. Helping them to find structure and peace within themselves.
