About Abdou
My specialty is creating visual effects such as fire, liquids, fractured objects, and anything involving particles. I’ve been using Houdini for the past 12 years and hold a certification from the Houdini Masterclass 2016. I'm also comfortable with Nuke, Maya, Adobe Suite, 3D Max, Mari, ZBrush, and Python.
I’ve worked on projects like Guardians of the Galaxy 3, Rebel Moon 1 and 2, The Little Mermaid, IF, Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, Thor: Love and Thunder, Ms. Marvel, SCOOB!, Shazam, X-Men: Dark Phoenix, Road Rage, Harry Potter Universal Projection, Underwater, Retimer (Short Movie), Run, and Mageladroit.

Perfect! I was looking for a digital compositing teacher specifically for "Nuke" and I found Abdou. He is a great teacher who takes the time to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable way. He helped me fully understand the concept of what we are learning before proceeding. I was very satisfied with his teaching and would highly recommend him.
Perfect! He is one of the best tutors a person can ask for. When it came down to short periods of time Abduo helped me understand my school work and now we are going over everything from the beginning. He wants me 5i learn what I’m doing and I appreciate that and he is making easy to learn and I am so thankful for that because I have ADHD and it can affect me if I feel rushed or confused and Adbou doesn’t do that. Thank you again for being my tutor.
