I am French by birth and have been brought up here since the age of 12. I was educated at Loughborough University and gained my Electronic and Electrical degree. I have over 20 years experience of dealing with the public both face to face and over the phone.

So English may not be your first language, but it wasn't mine either. I have been educated here since 12, up to degree level. It has been mentioned before that I have a very neutral accent. I have over 20 years of experience in jobs that would be conversations over the phone so this comes naturally and I also teach communications to various groups of young and adults.
