About Kaushal
My name is Kaushal Jha. I have been working as a Meditation teacher for the last 10 years in several schools in Rishikesh. I have lived in ashrams with great monks and yogis and experienced a life of spirituality. From my childhood, I was interested in bhakti yoga, singing, and in Spirituality. Meditation lovers can learn several techniques of guided meditation in a simple and joyful way.

The vibrations of sound play an important role in guided meditation. Kaushal is a trained singer and from childhood he was interested in singing, chanting, and in spirituality. His way of teaching is simple, melodious, soothing, and very polite. Students can enjoy various types of meditation including traditional and modern techniques, mantra chanting, laughter yoga, and other way of healing techniques.
