About Nur
Hi! I'm a Computer Science graduate with over 10 years of hands-on experience with computers, software, networking, and troubleshooting. I've helped students, professionals, and seniors become confident with their devices — whether they're learning the basics for the first time or solving a frustrating technical problem.
I cover everything from everyday computer skills and Microsoft Outlook to software installation, computer networks, and hardware repairs. I know technology can feel overwhelming, but that's exactly why I teach the way I do — patient, jargon-free, and always at your pace. No question is too basic, and nothing is too complicated to break down into simple steps.
Beyond teaching, I'm also a working web developer, so I stay current with the latest tools, software, and security practices. For Computer Repair, we'll cover diagnosing common hardware and software issues, speeding up a slow PC, fixing startup problems, cleaning up storage, replacing components, and knowing when something needs professional attention versus a simple fix.
