Hi, my name is Phil, and I'm an industry desktop support professional with many years of training and knowledge. I began my career in software sales back in the early 90's and moved onto desktop support and custom PC building. Let's talk about what you need and how to get you there.

I have over 22 years of hands-on experience in the technology industry. I've worked for companies like Egghead Software (Now Newegg), Perot Systems, and Dignity Health, building, configuring, and deploying systems in a real-world environment.
