About Clinton
I am a professional software developer with hands-on experience in programming, software development, databases, web applications, and building practical technology solutions. I also have experience teaching Computer Studies and working with learners in different educational settings.
I have taught at Akoto Dalizu Premier School, Brigadier Musonye Primary School, and Buconyori High School through contractual teaching engagements. My experience in these schools has helped me develop a patient and structured approach to teaching computer concepts and practical skills.
As a practising developer, I bring real-world experience into my lessons. I understand that learning programming is not just about memorising syntax. It is about developing logical thinking, understanding how systems work, solving problems, debugging errors, and gradually gaining the confidence to build things independently.
I take time to understand each student's current level and learning objectives before deciding how to structure our lessons. Whether you are completely new to programming or already have some experience, I explain concepts clearly, use practical examples, and provide exercises that allow you to apply what you have learned.

I am a software developer with hands-on experience in programming, software development, databases, web applications, and building practical technology solutions. I combine my professional experience as a developer with my experience teaching Computer Studies and computer-related skills.
I have taught at Akoto Dalizu Premier School, Brigadier Musonye Primary School, and Buconyori High School on contractual teaching engagements. At Buconyori High School, I taught Computer Studies, helping students understand computer concepts and develop practical computer skills. These teaching experiences have given me the ability to work with learners at different levels and explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable way.
My teaching approach is practical and learner-centred. I believe programming is best learned by doing, so I combine clear explanations with demonstrations, exercises, problem-solving activities, and practical projects. I encourage students to write code themselves, experiment, ask questions, identify errors, and understand how to solve problems rather than simply memorising solutions.
As a practising software developer, I also bring real-world development experience into my lessons. I can help learners understand programming fundamentals, programming logic, databases, web development, application development, debugging, and how different parts of a software project work together.
I adapt each lesson to the learner's current level and objectives. Beginners can start with the fundamentals and gradually build their confidence, while learners with existing programming knowledge can focus on more advanced concepts, practical projects, debugging, and improving their development skills.
A typical lesson is one hour, although the pace and structure can be adjusted according to the student's needs.
