In this class you will be learning basics of cake, cake recipes, ingredients and techniques of the baking process. We will start with three cake bases and different types of frosting which can be combined to make innovative and customized flavors. Also different techniques for cake decoration and trending cake designs are covered in this course. After this course, you can start your home baking with very minimum investment and grow into a profitable business.
