About Elizabeth
I have been baking and decorating cakes since early childhood. I now own a home based small business and casual market stall selling my delicious cakes and cupcakes to locals in my area. I can share all my tips on baking the treats that keep my customers coming back!

My teaching method will largely be based on the level of experience of my students. I can teach the basics of foolproof baking and piping to beginners or more advanced techniques such as making tiered fondant cakes. The lessons are totally customisable, so if you have a special request, just ask!
