About Glenn
Hi, thanks for dropping in!
I’m Glenn, an AutoCAD Certified Professional, qualified Building Designer, and Land Surveyor with nearly 20 years' experience in professional drafting roles.
My background spans a wide range of industries, including surveying, engineering, land development, underground utilities, civil works, GIS, and landscape design. Since 2013, I’ve run my own business, Elevation Drafting, working with clients across Victoria and New South Wales.
Along the way, I’ve contributed articles to the Victorian surveying newsletter Traverse and have been an active member of several industry associations, including the SSSI.
I’ve also trained junior drafters and, in many workplaces, became the go-to “AutoCAD fix-it” person - the one colleagues turned to for troubleshooting, efficiency improvements, and best-practice workflows.
Some of the major projects I’ve worked on include:
- Underground utility location surveys for the North East Link project
- The Victorian Government’s Rail Crossing Removal Project (LXRP)
- Preliminary investigations for a Federation Square extension
- Logis Industrial Park, Dandenong South
