Practical teaching on: Body awareness through Qi gong and mindfulness exercises Meditation, forms, schools and differences through the practice of meditation methods. Mindfulness as you practice in everyday life Silence, awareness of the deep dimension of Being, through practices of mindfulness and recollection Contemplation as a result of the continuous exercise of other practices Personal or group sessions, with flexibility of time and place.
