About Shivansh
I'm Shivansh Mishra — a BAMS scholar and Founder of Bappa Ayurveda,
a research-driven Ayurvedic wellness company based in Lucknow.
My expertise spans classical Ayurvedic texts (Charaka Samhita,
Ashtanga Hridayam, Sushruta Samhita), Prakriti & Manas Prakriti
assessment, Rasayana & Vajikarana therapy, Panchakarma fundamentals,
and the modern scientific validation of Ayurvedic herbs.
What makes me different — I don't just teach theory. I bridge
classical Ayurveda with modern science, making every concept

translate it, move on. My classes don't work that way.
MY TEACHING METHODOLOGY:
Every concept I teach follows a 3-layer approach —
1. Classical Root — what the original text actually says
2. Scientific Bridge — what modern research validates about it
3. Practical Application — how it applies in real life or clinical practice
This means you don't just memorize Ayurveda — you understand it
deeply enough to explain it, apply it, and never forget it.
TYPICAL CLASS STRUCTURE:
→ First 5 mins: Quick recap of last session + your doubts
→ Next 35 mins: Core concept taught with examples, case studies,
and real-world analogies
→ Last 10 mins: Open Q&A + what to review before next class
→ After class: I share handwritten-style notes and key references
