About SAMANTHA
Hi! My name is Samantha, and im mexican. Born and raised in Riviera Maya, where i could notice that many turists and foreingner people in general, have a wrong idea about the gastronomic history of Mexico, because there is no specific places but internet (sometimes with wrong info) where to learn. So, since one of my passions is teaching and sharing what i know with others, i am here offering the experience of improving your knowledge, and have a better experience with this topics.
I have 10 years experience working in F&B, customere service, and sales (wine and liquors), giving classes to guests and customers, that i would like to do this in a focused way.

The classes will be adapted to your needs or curiosities, we can start a course from scratch or specific topics.
During the Mexican wine and spirits classes you will learn about the history, geography, culture and traditions that are closely linked to these beverages.
If you choose a class on wines and spirits in general, we will focus on geography, elaboration, pairings and a bit of history.
Some of the tasks or activities may optionally include the purchase of books or magazines, and necessarily purchase wines and/or spirits, as well as some food products to practice the theory.
