About Susan
I am a home and community gardener with a passion for eating fresh, organically grown food. I have studied extensively on this topic and would like to share my knowledge with others. In my own experience, I have made better meal choices and have felt improvement in my own health. Come join me and explore all the wonderful, fresh food choices along with easy meals that you can prepare yourself.

My teaching method is to explain the topic and have the students let me know what they are interested in learning. I will go into more detail and offer a few websites for them to explore with me. I will encourage questions and answer in a manner that they will be able to understand. The students will finish the class being informed and excited to learn more!
