About Davi
I am an Environmental Engineer, currently a master student and a former member of an engineering non-governmental organization (NGO) of which I served as Development Director for one year.
Throughout my trajectory in it, I was able to boost the relationship of partners, act on the capacity of members and their good use, implement the current methodology for suggestions for improvements and project evaluation, in addition to managing a team of 7 people transforming it into a reference within the organization.
My obligations consisted of
- Searching, providing, receiving and documenting projects of viable application to the organization;
- Search, provide, receive and document suggestions for improvements to any area/process of the organization;
- Search and/or conduct training that concerns technical training;
At the end of my career, I was awarded the Volunteer of the Year in Professionalism and Director of the Year in Leadership Potential.
Now, outside the NGO, I would like to share the experience acquired so that others (my students) can have this (these) desired individuality(ies) / skill(s) that are differential(s) in the job market.

I propose a minimum of 4 classes, separated as follows:
# 1 - Knowing the Student's Profile and their Vision of Leader
In this initial class, the teacher and student will discuss the reasons for searching for the theme, contextualizing their routine, and where you want to apply what will be learned. In the end, a unique challenge not found on the internet will be proposed that will assess the student's perception of being a Leader. After the conclusion of the challenge, a content plan will be drawn up, so that each class is particular to the student's interests and availability, while at the same time containing the most relevant information on the topic.
# 2 From Theory to Practice
It will consist of an expository class (slides) containing conceptual parts of a leader's conduct and practical parts, where the student will make choices in common situations in the job market in order to better understand the role of a Leader. At the end of each choice, important concepts and learning based on the teacher's experience will be discussed. At the end, theoretical content (texts and videos) will be recommended for home, important for the next class.
# 3 Recommendations and Debate
The third class will consist of debate, of up to one hour, on the texts and videos recommended in the previous class. It is considered at this point that the student is more engaged in the theme and able to justify his / her own choices; Here too, the theme of translating the student's reality (where he works / studies) is introduced, creating a hypothetical scenario close to the reality in which he/she experiences and where 3 new challenges will arise and must be solved through good leadership;
# 4 Consultancy (optional)
The fourth class is optional if the student wishes to continue deepening the topic with the teacher. In this case, we will continue with the methodology of Lesson # 3, consisting of content recommendations for debate and consultation in hypothetical, everyday situations of the student.
