My name is Nathan Griffith and I currently work for AFC Bournemouth as a lead sports scientist. I have had over 10 years' experience working in professional football, my sessions will be individualised to your son or daughter aiming to improve strength, power, speed and fitness. Strength & conditioning sessions, open to everyone no matter what avenue looking to pursue e.g. football, tennis, rugby etc. Not only will we improve your strength, power, and fitness we will help you transfer those attributes within your sport improving your game speed.
