About Mauricio

I have been a university teacher since 2016, I am passionate about the art of teaching.

I firmly believe that the main virtue that anyone who intends to dedicate himself to teaching should have is not what a teacher knows, but rather his ability to transmit what he knows and the courage to stand in front of the group.

I am a 29-year-old man with a Law Degree, graduated with special congratulations from the UAEMEX Law School, I am a Master in Administration and Public Finance, president and founder of the consulting project "COMAS CONSULTORES", researcher and expert in legal consultation, university professor and speaker, I have directed more than 100 thesis students in administrative, electoral, litigation and systems of combating corruption, prosecution and administration of justice in Mexico.

I have held various positions for public administration since 2015, I have also advised different political actors.

Currently I carry out research work in favor of legal cultural growth and always teaching.

HOW WE LEARN

Félix Adam (1921-1991) defines Anthropogology as: "The science and art of permanently instructing and educating man, in any period of his psycho-biological development and according to his natural, ergological and social life" (1977). Adam presented his work "Andragogy: Science of Adult Education" for consideration by UNESCO, based on his Andragogic Model. Founder and Rector of the Simón Rodríguez National Experimental University of Venezuela (1974 to 1982), and of the Inter-American University of Distance Education of Panama (1984 to 1990). At the end of the 80's, he devoted himself to studying the educational processes of the elderly, founding in 1986 in Venezuela, the first University of the Third Age in Latin America. later in 1989 in the Dominican Republic, he supported the creation of the University of the Third Age of Santo Domingo and later in Peru he contributed with the creation of the "Peruvian Foundation of Help for the Third Age". In 1989 for his great scientific contributions to Adult Education and Andragogy as a science, the OEA | Organization of American States, awarded him the "Andrés Bello Inter-American Prize for Education".

Contributions from some scholars in the field of Human Development agree that adulthood has sub-stages, and these are:

Early Adulthood (between 20 and 40 years old)
Middle Adult Age (from 40 to 65 years old) and
Late Adulthood (after age 65)

Adult learners appreciate being respected
Adult learners thrive much better in environments where collaborative relationships with their educators are strengthened. Learners become more productive when their facilitators see them as peers. When their contributions are recognized, they will be more willing to do their best as a participant in the teaching-learning process. We promote adult learning by strengthening the approach to each apprentice from the demonstration of interest in their learning, we promote it through respect for the integrity of the apprentice as a human being, establishing bonds of trust.
