About Tea
As a first-year university student in a top law school, I offer a form of tutoring that is grounded in immediate and relevant experience. I graduated with an IB diploma, a degree that demanded a large amount of academic writing that honed my skills. I recently navigated the same challenges that my students faced, and as such, am able to make detailed adjustments to personalize all of my classes. I will be able to help my students to build confidence in their skills, no matter if it is in reading, writing or public speaking.

My lessons are for primary, middle, and high school students. I am energetic and patient with my students, and I take care to personalize my class materials and teaching style with each student. A class with me gives my students the opportunity to explore their own ideas alongside what they are learning from me, as I believe one of the key aspects of learning how to write is to learn how to develop one's curiosity and observation. I am also well trained in teaching debate, including both the WSDC style and the British parliamentary style. In those lessons, I can broaden my student's worldviews and help them think in different perspectives, increasing their awareness of world issues and deepening their insight on their own philosophies and beliefs. **I am bilingual in Cantonese and English, and can conduct lessons in both. I am a native English speaker.
