About Annalea
As a tutor, I take professionalism, reliability, and students' success very seriously. My academic background in Administration of Justice, Social Sciences, and Public Safety and Services has given me strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills that I bring to every tutoring lesson. In addition to subject knowledge, I focus on helping students develop confidence, critical thinking, study habits, and communication skills that will benefit them far beyond the classroom.
I believe that learning should never feel intimidating. I work hard to ensure students feel heard, respected, and comfortable asking questions without fear of judgment. Hi my name is Anna and I am a dedicated tutor with Associate degrees in Social Sciences, Administration of Justice, and Public Safety and Services. I specialize in teaching legal terminology, English, communication skills, and public relations to middle school and high school students. I want to ensure each student has a supportive learning environment where they feel comfortable asking questions, develop critical thinking skills, and improving them academically.
My teaching style is very interactive, patient, and personalized to each student's needs. I believe students learn best when lessons are engaging and connect to real-world situations. I use techniques such as guided discussions, vocabulary building, writing activities, role-playing scenarios, and step-by-step explanations to help the students fully grasp the concepts rather than simply memorizing them.
