I am currently a sixth form law student who has given presentations and talks on areas of criminal law to classes. I've helped classmates when they are struggling and they tend to achieve at least a grade B but usually an A.

I will base each class on a different topic in criminal law. If needed, I will also do classes on the English Legal System. For example, one class will be about criminal law as a whole - talking about omissions, coincidence rule, actus reus and mens rea. Then the next class will be about assault, then battery, s47...etc. I will go through the law, have you write down notes, highlight key cases, research cases, make presentations, tackle scenario questions together and practise form and structure of essay writing.
