My basic methodology is I try to explain the topic in the literal way from the bare act itself then I try to interpret the law in any other way possible. Then to get the more and better understanding I use the case law as examples and provide hypothetical cases related to the topic. I'm very open to doubts and discussion, which I think I very important because this provideeraner an opportunity to engage himself/herself in the class.
