My teaching methodology is going by the textbook. So, if the student is not fluent while speaking I make him/her read out a topic and then I start to explain that topic and meanwhile I also point our important stuff which I make him/her underline and then after explaining, I give them write notes based on that topic and then I move on to the next topic of that chapter.
