My teaching method is structured but highly interactive. I believe that learning a language requires both solid grammatical foundations and constant practice. For this reason, my lessons combine clear explanations with active student participation, encouraging learners to speak, write, and think in Italian from the very beginning.
I adapt my techniques to each student’s level, goals, and learning style, using examples from everyday life, real conversations, and authentic materials whenever possible.
A typical lesson is divided into three main parts:
- in the first part, we work on grammar rules and structures in a clear and practical way, always supported by examples and short exercises (grammar work);
- in the second part, we actively apply what we have learned through guided conversation, role-playing, and short writing tasks. This helps students gain confidence and fluency (speaking and writing work).
– in the final part, we work on listening comprehension using short dialogues to improve pronunciation and understanding of real spoken Italian (listening work).
At the end of the lesson, I like to introduce typical Italian expressions, sayings, or idioms, often in a fun and memorable way, to help students better internalize the rules and connect with Italian culture.
What sets me apart is my student-centered and engaging approach. I strongly believe that active involvement is the key to effective learning. I constantly encourage students to participate, ask questions, and use the language without fear of making mistakes. My goal is to create a relaxed and motivating environment where students feel comfortable and supported.
Last but not least, my lessons are suitable for students of all ages and levels, from complete beginners to advanced learners.
